From the story submitted by Bill Dinslage: "Nature Hills Nursery was started in the basement of one of our founders' homes in Omaha, Nebraska. We grew a little at a time, eventually ordering trees by the truckload. We marketed through our website. Our first expansion was in the shell of a building with dirt floors! Our rented warehouse included a large cooler that kept trees at the right temperature until they were shipped. We packaged and shipped these trees to customers from our website, NatureHills.com. In order to further expand the company, we teamed up with a local nursery and added flowers and plants. We met the problems head-on and solved them day by day. To grow more, we need better exposure, the right tools and some excellent business advice. That's why we would like to win this contest!"
